In the case of dissatisfaction with the purchased product, it is possible to return it within 14 weekdays from its delivery. If the product is damaged or it doesn't suit the customer's needs, it is possible to apply for a replacement or a refund.
The customer also has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 weekdays from the product's delivery. The goods must be returned in the state in which they were received: undamaged and in the original packaging. The customer is entitled to a refund.

Await our confirmation of the product receipt. If all the conditions for the return or replacement of a product have been met, a new product or a refund will be delivered.
The mailing costs related to the return of goods are covered entirely by the customer. All products must be returned in the state in which they were received. After an evaluation of the product's intactness, a new product or a refund will be sent to the customer (excluding the mailing costs).
In case the conditions for return or replacement have not been met, the products will be returned to the customer in the state in which they were delivered to our company.
